My lecturing background

I have been mentoring, teaching and lecturing in photography for 11 years across a variety of courses and on numerous educational levels. I'm currently a senior lecturer and the Course Leader on the  on the part-time M.A. in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at the London College of Communication in the U.K, and also consult on the M.A. in Photography and Society at the Royal College of Art in the Hague, and two of Europe’s leading masters programs.

I lecture in both technical and conceptual subjects, mentor students working towards their final Master’s degree projects and teach several topics including documentary photography, photojournalism, visual storytelling, personal projects and long-form documentary projects.

I'm regularly invited to participate in symposia and conferences, including at Kings College London, London College of Communication and The University of Otago, New Zealand. I was recently invited to speak at a TEDx event in Geneva and I have also participated in conferences and guest lecturers at the International School in Geneva.
